PALAKKAD: The Private Bus Operators’ Organisation has demanded withdrawal of the hike in price of diesel. It has asked the State government to withdraw the sales tax imposed on diesel. Organisation general secretary T. Gopinath said if the hike was not withdrawn, the bus operators would have to increase the ticket charges. — Staff Reporter
