Security forces reclaim Dharampur

Dharampur (West Bengal): Security forces on Wednesday retook this Maoist bastion in West Medinipur district, which was out of bounds for the police for eight months, as the tribals offered no resistance. The security forces in their 10 km advance to Dharampur only found felled trees at a number of places which were cleared by the payloaders accompanying the 10 companies, DIG (Midnapore Range) Praveen Kumar told reporters.
