VISAKHAPATNAM: The annual rath yatra of Lord Jagannath taken out by Utkal Sanskrutika Samaj and Utkalika Cultural Association of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant concluded here on Thursday amid tremendous enthusiasm. Hundreds of devotees pulled the colourfully-decorated chariots in the city and at Ukkunagaram with religious fervour. The deities of Lord Jagannath, His brother Balabhadra and their sister Subhadra were seated on the chariot traditionally in a rhythmic movement called ‘pahandi.’
