‘Children must get Edusat benefits’

Sirsi: “Government schools will develop only if we consider them as our institutions,” Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, Minister for Primary and Higher Education, said on Saturday.

He was speaking after inaugurating an additional room for Edusat programme and a drinking water facility at the higher primary school at Gandhinagar in Sirsi.

The Minister said that schoolchildren should get the benefits of Edusat, computer education and other schemes. — Correspondent
