House burgled

The house of one Jayaraj of NGO Colony at Nagamalai Pudukottai, a state transport corporation employee, was burgled when he was away.

The burglars decamped with 24 sovereigns of gold and Rs 48,000. The Nagamalai Pudukottai police have registered a case.
