BJP not against minorities: Satyanarayana
Staff Reporter
SANGAREDDY: Newly-appointed BJP district unit president K. Satyanarayana on Monday said that the BJP is a party with national perspective and never against minorities.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Satyanarayana said that the Congress has been playing vote bank politics and as part of that offering reservations to get their votes.
“We are opposing reservations on religious basis. That is not good in the interests of the nation,” he said.
Demanding that uniform civil code should be introduced to address many problems in the nation, Mr. Satyanarayana said that this was being raised in the interests of the nation.
