It helps employees of travel agencies in handling ticketing process to serve their customers better HYDERABAD: Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) organised a training session for its associates here on Tuesday to keep them abreast of latest trends in the ticketing process. The TAAI has been organising a series of IATA-BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) training sessions across all its chapters to help employees of travel agencies handling the ticketing process to serve their customers better. Mr. Vijay Mohanraj, Chairman, Andhra Pradesh chapter of TAAI said, because of the boom in aviation industry over the last decade, travel agents in India have been enhancing their skills to be more helpful to the consumers.
