Ajay Yadav and Mehak win

LUDHIANA: Ajay Yadav and Mehak of Chandigarh won the boys and girls’ under-18 titles respectively in the AITA Championship series junior tennis tournament that concluded at the Harvest Tennis Academy, Jassowal, here on Friday.

The results (finals):

Boys: Under-18: Ajay Yadav bt Mandeep Singh Gill 6-4, 6-3. Under-16: Saurabh D. Patil bt Abhimanyu Singh 6-1, 6-1.

Girls: Under-18: Mehak bt Gurndeep Kaur 6-1, 6-4. Under-16: Nehal Sahni bt Rimpledeep Kaur 6-3, 7-5.
