Team of students, researchers felicitated
New Delhi: Science and Technology Minister Prithviraj Chavan on Sunday felicitated students and researchers who represented the country at the annual interaction with Nobel laureates in Germany.
Mr. Chavan handed over certificates of appreciation to each of the 43 students and researchers who participated in the interaction with Nobel laureates at Lindau in Germany last week.
The team was in Germany under a joint programme of the Department of Science and Technology and the Lindau Foundation.
The students and researchers this year were from Chemistry stream, the focus area for the meeting this year.
Such opportunity early in the career encourages brilliant students to join various science streams, Chavan said at the felicitation ceremony. --PTI
