Sub post-office in Collectorate

VILLUPURAM: A sub post-office was opened on the Collectorate premises here by Inbalagan, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Department of Posts, Puducherry region, on Monday. He thanked Collector In-charge C. Kathiravan for having provided the space for the sub post-office. It would offer fully computerised services and would function from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Mr. Kathiravan said the sub post-office would fulfil the long-felt needs of the people of Villupuram town, particularly the government employees and the residents of Salamedu and Vazhudareddi. Public Relations Officer M. Palanisamy was also present. — Special Correspondent
