Bank branch opened

PUDUCHERRY: The 22nd branch of the Pondicherry State Co-operative Bank was inaugurated at Muthialpet on Thursday. Chief Minister V. Vaithilingam, along with Social Welfare Minister M. Kandasamy, inaugurated it.

Mr. Vaithilingam distributed loan amounting to Rs. 11.92 lakh to members of 11 self-help groups and also handed over certificates to customers who made deposits at the new branch.
