ISKCON row: court expresses anguish

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Friday again expressed deep anguish over what it termed “terror tactics” by parties to ensure that a case relating to ownership of ISKCON temple in Bangalore was not heard by a particular judge. A Division Bench, comprising Justice K.L. Manjunath and Justice Ravi Malimath, expressed annoyance over what it termed repeated attempts by some of the parties to ensure that it did not hear the case.
