International conference from today

MYSORE: The Custommerce Center for Service Excellence (CCCSE), a joint initiative by SDM-Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD) and Servion, a specialist in Customer Interaction Management (CIM) space, will host an international conference on “Service strategies for global leadership” on the SDM-IMD campus here on Thursday and Friday.

Jagdish Sheth of Charles H. Kellstadt Chair of Marketing, Goizueta Business School, Emory University; Rishikesha T. Krishnan of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore; and Sid Mookerjee, Chief Executive Officer, Software Paradigms, will speak at the two-day conference, according to a press release issued here on Wednesday.
