MYSORE: Mahendra (38 & three for 25 runs ) helped Rotary HS (Nanjangud) register a facile 84-run win over St. Joseph’s Central School (Mysore) in Group ‘C’ league of the ACUK District-level inter-school cricket tournament at the Maharaja’s College grounds here on Wednesday.
The scores: Rotary HS, Nanjangud 223 for six in 30 overs (P. Jeevan 60, Mahendra 38, Abhishek 32, Sachin 25) bt St. Joseph’s Central HS 139 in 27.4 overs (M.S. Akarsh 57, Mahendra three for 25, V.G. Rajan three for 24).
Mahabodhi HS 143 for seven in 30 overs (Attako 33) bt Maharishi HS 99 in 26.4 overs (Manjuprasad 36, Samatho three for 20, Yogi three for 19).
St. Joseph’s (State) HS 104 in 29.2 overs (V. Rahul 39, Kaushi Ranganath three for 10) bt Baden Powell HS 78 in 26.2 overs (Bipin Bopanna 28, S.R. Akash three for eight).
