Honour for scientist

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A paper on early detection of conduction velocity (velocity with which brain signals reach the nerves) in the nerves of diabetic patients presented by Sajith Vijayaraghan, scientist and senior lecturer at the Government College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram, was adjudged as the best paper at an international conference held in Paris last month.

The conference, organised by the World Academy of Science Engineering and Technology, had participants from over 80 countries.
