A UNIQUE INITIATIVE: President Pratibha Patil presents the Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development for 2007 to Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Saturday. The award is in recognition of the work done by The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in fighting poverty and illness, especially HIV-AIDS, in India.
