Celebrations

Coimbatore: Planting of trees and distribution of prizes for competitions such as essay writing, elocution and national anthem marked the 107th birth anniversary celebrations of Late Chief Minister Kamaraj.

The celebrations were organised at Tatabad by Councillor V.K.S.K. Senthilkumar of Ward Number 33.

Mayor R. Venkatachalam planted the saplings at a programme organised by the Tatabad Resident’s Welfare Association and HUDCO Colony Resident’s Welfare Association.
