Job mela begins

Tiruvannamalai: A two-day job mela for diploma holders, candidates with Plus-Two qualification and engineering graduates began at Vignesh Polytechnic College, Tiruvannamalai, on Friday.

About 1,300 aspirants from across the State attended the first day, out of which 603 were selected. A total of 52 companies recruited candidates. About 2,000 aspirants are expected to attend the second day.
