Patna: A fast track court on Thursday sentenced three persons to life imprisonment in a 17-year-old case of murder of a village head in Bihar’s Saran district. Additional district and sessions judge B.N. Srivastava found the three -- Omprakash Singh, Upendra Singh and Bindu Bhushan -- guilty of killing Chandrika Rai, the village head of Sitalpur, and awarded them the life term.
