Dakshin 2009 to begin today

Thiruvananthapuram: The South Zone conference in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ‘Dakshin 2009,’ will be held here from July 31 to August 2.

The conference, jointly organised by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Medical College; the Kerala Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society and the Kerala Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, will be inaugurated by Health Minister P.K. Sreemathy here on Friday.

Over 500 delegates from all southern States are attending the conference which will focus on infertility management and modern obstetric practices.
