The office provides offline services such as undertaking wedding contracts Plans afoot to extend services to major cities: chief of Avvas Infotech VIJAYAWADA: Vivahabandhan.com, a Bangalore-based online and offline matrimonial services provider, opened its office in Surya Towers on Mahatma Gandhi Road on Friday. The office provides offline services such as undertaking wedding contracts from booking a venue to arranging caterers and music parties. Postmaster General of Vijayawada region Sampath inaugurated the office. He lauded the organisation for serving the people of five regional languages – Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi – in southern India. Mani Sharma, chairman of Avvas Infotech, the parental organisation of the matrimonial firm, said they opened their first offline office in the State in Hyderabad on July 24. He said plans were afoot to extend the services to all major cities and towns in a phased manner. Chief executive officer of the firm Asif Pasha said their online services were more secure, when compared to other matrimonial services providers in the market. He said that the prospective brides and grooms, who registered their resumes with their organisation, could get the information about those accessing their resumes online in the form of an SMS. “This is a unique feature of our online service. With regard to offline services, we will undertake all works pertaining to wedding and provide qualitative services to our customers,” he said.
