AC HSS in last eight

DINDIGUL: AC HSS (Madurai) blanked SMB MHSS (Dindigul) 3-0 and advanced to the quarterfinals of the seventh SMB State-level inter-school football tournament, organised by the Dindigul District Football Association, here on Friday.

Ayyavu, Sundar and Aswin were the scorers.

In the other pre-quarterfinal encounter, Swami Sivananda HSS (Coimbatore) edged out JSS Public School (Ooty) 1-0.

Dharsan netted the winner.
