SALEM: The Tamil Nadu Consumer Vigilance Council has urged the Salem Division of Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) to operate more buses from the new integrated bus stand to Yercaud foothills and Kannankurichi during the peak hours. People are finding it difficult to travel to Yercaud foothills and Kannankurichi as the number of bus services to these places is less, Council Chairman S. Selvam said at the consumers meeting organised by the TNSTC’s Salem Division here recently. He also complained that the limited stop service were operated as ordinary service and the vehicles were being stopped at all the stops.
