Kakinada: The 338th Aradhana Mahotsavam of Sadguru Sri Raghavendra Swamy will be celebrated at Sri Raghavendra Swamy Brundavan in Suryaraopet (Lachirajuvari Street) here from August 7 to 9, according to a press release. ScheduleThe festivities comprise Poorvaradhana (archana, sevas, mahapooja, sarva seva and Ranga pooja) on August 7, Madhyaradhana (special poojas, alankara Brahmanaradhana, astavadhanam and pavalimpu seva) on August 8 and Uttararadhana (tulabharaseva, navaka pradhana homam, archana and mahapooja) on the last day (August 9). Devotees can contact Sri Raghavendra Swamy Brundavan Seva Samiti over phone number 0884-2381044, the release added. The festival is being organised by samiti president K.V.V. Bhageeratha Sarma, vice-president Y. Lakshminarayana, general secretary Marianna Raghavendra Rao, assistant secretary Y. Raghavendra Rao and treasurer N.R.P. Saradhi. The rituals will be performed by chief priest N.R. Ravindra Bhat and his assistant K. Radhakrishna Bhat, the press release said.
