Assistant engineer in ACB net

HYDERABAD: The ACB officials on Monday ‘caught’ T. Balavardhara Raju, assistant engineer in the Deputy Executive Engineer’s office, production centre, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Traditional Sculpture and Architecture, TTD, after he was found ‘accepting’ a bribe of Rs.4,500 from two complainants for doing an official favour.

A release issued by ACB here said Raju had demanded the amounts for helping the complainants get new works and secure sanction of pending bills of the ongoing works.
