KOZHIKODE: Agencies should deliver cooking gas cylinders at the residence of consumers with valid bills, District Supply Officer P.M. Babu has said. He was replying to questions raised at an open forum and ration adalat held at the collectorate here on Tuesday. District Collector P.B. Salim presided. Mr. Babu said action would be taken against those violating billing rules. — Staff Reporter
