Do not finalise tender, BMRCL told

BANGALORE: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) on Tuesday told the Karnataka High Court that it would commence laying tracks for the Namma Metro project from next month. BMRCL made this submission when the court was hearing a petition by Logwell Forge Limited questioning BMRCL in going for a particular type of fastening system for rails.

Justice Ajit Gunjal posted the case to Monday. He asked BMRCL not to finalise the tender till then.
