Special bus services for Onam

BANGALORE: The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation has been running special bus services from August 25 from Bangalore in connection with the Onam festival in Kerala. The services will be available till September 8 to Kozhikode, Ernakulam, Thiruvanathapuram, Kannur and Kottayam. Regular buses will ply from Mysore Road Satellite bus station and the Volvo services will operate from Kempe Gowda bus station. Arrangements have also been made for advance reservation facilities for booking seats in Kempe Gowda bus station, said a KSRTC release. — Staff Reporter
