Life term for 3 in anti-Sikhs riots case

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Saturday awarded life imprisonment to three persons for attempting to murder members of a Sikh family here during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, and came down heavily on the “contrived inaction” of the police and the Government of the day, which led to the loss of “priceless lives.”
