‘Implement ban on plastic’

KOCHI: The Association for Environment Protection at Aluva has urged the authorities to ensure the implementation of the ban on plastic items below 30 micron. A press release issued by the association alleged that a section of the traders were using plastic items below 30 micron. Such plastic was also used to make festoons on festival occasions, the release said.
