Mohali: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (106) and Manvinder Bisla (152) slammed unbeaten centuries to guide Air India Blue to a massive 136-run victory over India Revenue in a rain-truncated Group A match and a semifinal berth in the Sahara BCCI Corporate trophy here on Thursday.
Captain Dhoni and opener Bisla’s fiery unbeaten knocks propelled Air India Blue to a massive 362 for one from 42 overs after it was sent in to bat.
In the run chase, India Revenue opener Ameya Shrikhande made a valiant effort with a 119-ball 121.
With this win, Air India Blue topped its group with seven points and will take on Group C winner Tata in the second semifinal here on Sunday.
