DEHRA DUN: Uttarakhand Governor Margaret Alva has condoled the tragic death of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. Describing Mr. Reddy as a humble leader with a mission to uplift the poor and usher in real-time development at the grassroots level, Ms. Alva said the nation had lost a great friend and guide in Mr. Reddy’s sudden demise. She conveyed condolences on behalf of the people of the hill State in a message to the bereaved family.
