Double standards of TV channels
TV channels are sensationalising news to step up their TRP ratings. Recently the case of a minor girl involved in a relationship with an SI was overdone by interviewing the minor girl. There is police department and courts to look into the matter. The wide coverage given to such news will depress the person in question and is quite humiliating for the family members. I would like to question the management and staff of such TV channels whether they would do the same, if such incident happened to their kin. Why these double standards?

Chanting of Sanskrit mantras
Ancient Sanskrit scriptures use is manifold in shaping the destination of the mankind. Even internationally the chanting of Sanskrit mantras is found to have the power and potential in offering solutions to life’s issues.
We should develop the practice of chanting mantras and utilise the healing application.
