Conditional bail for Krushi Bank chairman

HYDERABAD: Justice Seshasayana Reddy of the A.P. High Court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to Venkateswara Rao, former chairman of Krushi Bank. The judge was dealing with a petition filed by Venkateswara Rao seeking bail.
A complaint was lodged against him for violating the norms fixed by the Reserve Bank of India. He sought bail in this criminal case. The judge granted bail subject to Venkateswara Rao furnishing the necessary securities keeping in view a similar order issued by the Supreme Court.
