Sujay Mehdudia
NEW DELHI: Real estate developer Omaxe Limited through its subsidiary Rivaj Infratech has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Bulandshahr Development Authority in U.P. to develop a hi-tech township adjoining Greater Noida in Buladshahar.
According to a release here, the township to be developed over 3601.19 acres will have estimated revenues of over Rs.7,500 crore. It will be executed in phases over five to seven years.
The company is also developing a hi-tech township spread over 2,700 acres in Lucknow. Garv Buildtech, a subsidiary of Omaxe, has entered into an MoU to develop this township meant to cater to the growing demand for quality living space in the city. The township is strategically located on the proposed Lucknow Ring Road in proximity to Lucknow airport and only a half-hour drive from Lucknow city centre Hazratganj.
According to Omaxe CMD Rohtas Goel, “the township is an attempt to create an entirely new living experience in the city of nawabs”.
