GUNTUR: Two unemployed youths, who have been exhorting money from transport vehicles allegedly posing as constables, were arrested by the Sattenapalli police on Sunday. The two youths were identified as Macherla Yedukondalu and Prakash. Police said that the youths, in the disguise of constables, had been stopping lorries and other transport vehicles on the Sattenapalli-Piduguralla Highway, threatening and then exhorting money from the drivers. When the information reached the police, they waylaid and caught the two persons.
