PALAKKAD: The month-long Rajbhasha Utsav (Hindi celebration) of the Palakkad Railway Division was held from August 24 to September 23. As a part of the celebration, competitions in essay writing, translation, quiz, etc., were conducted for railway employees and their children. Y.P. Singh, Divisional Railway Manager, inaugurated the valedictory programme and Ram Sinku, Additional Divisional Railway Manager, presided over it. —Staff Reporter
