Two teenagers drown

HYDERABAD: Two teenagers were drowned in a tank at Jellpally village under Pahadisherif police station limits on Saturday.

The victims – Mohammed Abdul (19) of Owaisi Colony and Mohammed Yasin (17) of Madannapet – came to Jellpally to collect money from their friend.

As he was not available at home, they went to a nearby tank for swimming and got drowned. The bodies were retrieved from the tank and shifted to Osmania General Hospital for conducting an autopsy.

Abdul was working as an electrician while Yasin worked in a bakery.
