Debate sought on draft of Bill

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Law Minister M. Vijayakumar has called for a public debate on the draft of the Assisted Reproductive Technology Bill released by the Centre. Inaugurating a seminar on “Law for infertility treatment” organised by the Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, the Samad IVF Hospital and the Samad Medical and Allied Research Trust here on Saturday he said that such a debate was necessary for evolving a sound law on the subject.
