Mental health meet in Bangalore

Bangalore: To provide an opportunity to psychiatrists to interact and exchange views, the World Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation will hold its 10th World Congress in Bangalore from November 12 to November 15.

President of the World Congress T. Murali told presspersons here on Wednesday that it would be held at the NIMHANS Convention Centre. “We are expecting more than 1,000 delegates, including 500 psychiatrists from abroad. The themes that will be covered in the conference range from pharmacotherapy to psychosocial rehabilitation,” Dr. Murali said.
