Udupi: A weeklong art exhibition, “Chitrasambhrama”, by artists from Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts will be held here from October 2. Bliss Art Gallery will also be inaugurated on that day. Chairman of Ecard Vasant Rao said here on Wednesday that 37 artists would be exhibiting their paintings and sculptures at the exhibition. Two photographers would also be exhibiting their work. Lakshmivara Tirtha Swamiji of Shiroor Math will inaugurate the exhibition. Two artists, Peter A. Lewis and N.S. Pattar, and founder of Bharatanjali M. Vijayendra Rao will be felicitated during the inaugural function, Mr. Rao said. — Staff Correspondent
