Senior Citizens’ Day celebrated

COIMBATORE: “Preetham”, a senior citizens’ home, celebrated the Senior Citizens’ Day in a novel way on Thursday. A beauty pageant, and singing and dancing competitions were part of the celebrations. N. Vanitha, chairperson of the home said women aged more than 80 years too participated in the events and tried the catwalk.
