SALEM: Students belonging to the National Cadet Corps (NCC) of various city colleges took out a rally on Sunday to make the people aware of traffic rules and regulations. The NCC students carried placards highlighting the importance of strict adherence to traffic rules. They also insisted that self discipline was the best discipline to avoid road accidents.
