MCD relaxes storage licence regulations

New Delhi: Applicants for trade or storage licences in the Capital will not be required to file a no-objection certificate from the property owner from now on as the MCD has done away with the condition.

“Henceforth the requirement of furnishing an NOC from the owner, in case of the applicant being a tenant, has been waived off,” chairman of MCD Standing Committee Ram Kishan Singhal said on Friday.
