Jawans clash in Arunachal, one killed
Itanagar: A jawan of the third India Reserve Battalion (IRB) was killed after a drunken brawl with personnel of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) at Seppa in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday, police sources said on Monday.
The ITBP and IRB jawans had a clash in a hotel over drinks on that day in which several IRB jawans were thrashed by ITBP personnel. After some time, the IRB jawans rushed to a place where the ITBP personnel were guarding the EVMs.
On seeing the IRB jawans, an ITBP jawan opened fire in which one IRB jawan was killed, police said. — PTI
