Wipro, DIAL form joint venture

CHENNAI: Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) and Wipro have announced a 10-year total outsourcing agreement to provide IT infrastructure and services for Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA), New Delhi. As per the agreement, IGI airport’s new integrated terminal (T3) will be the gateway for the Commonwealth Games scheduled to be held in New Delhi. Both the parties have signed an agreement to form a joint venture, Wipro Airport IT Services. Wipro will hold 74 per cent and DIAL will hold the balance 26 per cent, says a release.
