Revised train schedule for nine days

CHENNAI: In connection with the commissioning of stage-I work for additional terminal facilities at Villupuram from October 26 to November 3, following will be the pattern of train services during the period. All mail/express and passenger trains passing through Villupuram in both directions are likely to be delayed by 45 to 60 minutes during the progress of non-interlocked work from October 31 to November 3.

Train No. 702/701 Madurai – Villupuram – Madurai passenger trains will be cancelled between Vriddhachalam and Villupuram in both directions from October 27 to November 3. Train No. 109/110 Melmaruvathur-Villupuram-Melmaruvathur MEMU will be partially cancelled between Mundiambakkam and Villupuram in both directions on October 26 and from October 31 to November 3.

Train No. 116/115 Pondicherry-Villupuram-Pondicherry passenger trains will be fully cancelled in both directions from October 29 to November 3, says an official release.
