Pharmacy seminar in city

KOCHI: The Kerala State Pharmacy Council will organise a national pharmaceutical scientific seminar here on October 26. Deputy Speaker of the Kerala Assembly, Jose Baby, will inaugurate the seminar, at the Town Hall.

Announcing this at a press conference here, the council president K.C. Ajithkumar said the government and the council were adopting measures to check unhealthy practices in the pharmaceutical sector.

The move to deny new licences for medical shops is a violation of fundamental right, according to him.
