‘Encourage study of Kannada inscriptions’

Bangalore: Scholar M. Chidananda Murthy has said that the study of Kannada inscriptions should be given importance. He was speaking at the inaugural session of a workshop on the study of inscriptions organised by the Kannada University, Hampi, in association with the Mythic Society here on Tuesday. The study of Veeragallu and Mastigallu, should be given emphasis and encouragement, he said. — Special Correspondent
