Belgaum: Maldivian Defence Minister Ameen Faisel will be arriving in India on Thursday to witness the proceedings of a joint military exercise by the island nation and the Indian Army, presently under way at the Maratha Light Infantry Regimental Centre (MLIRC) training centre in Belgaum. The exercise, which started on October 19, rather silently in the high-security training grounds of MLIRC, will conclude on November 1. — Staff Correspondent
